New brochure : Meeting the requirements for successful digital learning

in 2014, EAGLE conducted a series of interviews and workshops in various parts of Germany, with the aim to identify ways in which the EAGLE digital learning solution may contribute to a better and more efficient exchange of knowledge and experience between employees of local governments. Special attention was being paid to impediments and challenges that public administrators were currently facing. These interviews were particularly useful in understanding the current learning practices of our target users as well as their expectations toward new learning solutions. The information retrieved in the course of these interviews will provide a basis for developing the technical platform. The key outcomes are summarised in the document “Lernen und Wissen teilen.
