Wissensaneignung und -vermittlung für Gemeinden leichter, zugänglicher und wirksamer gemacht

EAGLE (EnhAnced Government LEarning) was a three-year research project (2014-2017), funded by the EU under FP7 (grant agreement N° 619347). The project aimed at equipping employees in rural public administrations with a holistic training solution that supports learning of critical transversal skills such as ICT literacy, information literacy and professional management of change situations in entire organisations at all levels. EAGLE followed a strict open source policy and aimed at enhancing open educational resources in public administrations.
