Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg
Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University is a young German university and integrates academic studies and work experience. Each of the currently approximately 30’000 students is affiliated with a cooperative company or organisation, connected to one of the eight main locations of the university. Research of DHBW aims to enhance the competitiveness of those partner enterprises and organisations.

Dublin City University
RINCE Institute at Dublin City University is an Irish national research institute focussed on innovation in engineering technologies. It is based in the Faculty of Engineering and Computing at Dublin City University. Within the Faculty, Rince researchers are primarily affiliated with the School of Electronic Engineering and the School of Computing. The Rince Institute is a national centre for excellence focussed on innovations in targeted engineering technologies. It is located within the Faculty of Engineering and Computing at Dublin City University.

Fraunhofer Gesellschaft zur Förderung der Angewandten Forschung e. V
The Fraunhofer Institute for Open Communication Systems FOKUS explores how communication networks will contribute to a more convenient and more secure living.  Fraunhofer has accumulated in-depth knowledge in innovative eGovernment services and done research on harvesting, tracing, navigation. Its staff are also experienced in the provision of concepts for open information on training and education offers for municipal administration and prototypically implements these concepts, also by integrating with its Open Data Platform.

Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology
LIST was created from the merge of the former public research centres Henri Tudor and Gabriel Lippmann and is in operation since 1 January 2015. LIST is an RTO (Research and Technology Organisation) active in the fields of materials, environment, and IT. Its main mission is to contribute to Luxembourg's reputation through participation in several targeted research areas among the best RTOs. Furthermore, it will  significantly participate in the country's socio-economic development.

Salzburg Research Forschungsgesellschaft m. B. H.
The Knowledge and Media Technologies (KMT) Department at SRFG consists of 18 researchers and developers working in the fields such as the Web of Data, the Web of People and the Web of Documents. The KMT has been established in 2001 and since then has been involved as coordinator/partner in a number of research projects, and the national competence centre - Salzburg NewMediaLab (SNML).

Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften
The Centre for Education and New Learning CENL at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) with a staff of eleven employees is one of the largest centres for e-Learning and New Media in a Swiss university of applied sciences. CENL is responsible for coordinating the project. The CENL team consists of social science and technical experts and will keep track with the managerial aspects of the projects organization, as well as its research and management part.
